1. Gravity Separation

2. Interception and Collection
Oil Collection Device: Floating oil on the water surface is collected by inclined baffles or oil collection troughs and ultimately discharged through an oil drain pipe (which can be cleaned manually or connected to an automatic oil drainage system).
Filter: A screen or filter (pore size ≤5 mm) at the water inlet intercepts large particles of debris, reducing the burden of subsequent separation.
